Sylvia F. Ried

Visitation will be held 4:00-8:00pm, Monday, October 7, 2013 at Baldwin-Lee funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services are 2:00pm, Tuesday, October 8, 2013 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.

She was born January 14, 1946 in Kosciusko, Mississippi, the daughter of the late David Fullilove and Hazel Steed Fullilove. She was retired from the Pearl School System where she served as a cafeteria manager and was co-owner of Family Bowling Lanes in Pearl. Mrs. Ried was a member of the Flowood United Methodist Church and the Red Hatters Club, and was active at Brandon Nursing and Rehabilitation, where she had been a resident for the last three years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, James Fant and James Ried.

Survivors include daughters Pamela Malone and husband Bryan and Melissa Fagan and husband Troy; brother, David Fullilove and wife Margaret; grandchildren, Gracie Fagan, Meghan Malone and Kerry Ried; and niece, Brandy Fullilove.
