Visitation will be 4:00-7:00pm, Thursday, January 19, 2017, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services are 11:00am, Friday, January 20, 2017, in the funeral home chapel. Graveside services will follow at 2:00pm in the Jackson Cemetery in Flora.
Tamie was born Sunday, October 3, 1971, in Jackson, a daughter of the late James Robert Easterling and Alma Ruth Weathersby Easterling.
She was employed by Mac Haik as a Human Resources supervisor and attended Simmons Memorial Baptist Church in Flora. Tamie enjoyed attending airshows and was an avid MS State fan, but her greatest joy in life was spending time with her children and beloved grandbaby.
Survivors include her husband of 22 years, Ben Alford; daughter, Caitlin Smith and husband Zach; sons, Chris Nowell and Josh Alford; grandchild, Riley Nowell; sister, Elizabeth Johnson; and brothers, David and Jimmy Easterling.
