Dany "Pollo" Alberto Delcid

Dany "Pollo" Alberto Delcid, 41, of Houston, Texas, passed away on February 24, 2026. Dany was an adventurous and beloved son, husband, father, and friend whose compassionate heart, honest spirit, and loyal devotion left a lasting mark on all who knew him.

Born on September 12, 1984, Dany was cherished for his kind-hearted and thoughtful nature, his hard-working drive, and the brave, faithful way he showed up for the people he loved. He was also wise and humorous, offering steady guidance and a well-timed laugh that could brighten even the heaviest day.

Dany attended Shearn Elementary, Pershing Middle School, and Madison High School.

In his working life, Dany built his career as an automotive specialist, earning respect through his devoted work ethic and the care he brought to what he did each day.

Dany married Ariannna in June 2002. Together they built a family rooted in love, and he was a devoted father to Susana and Sebastian.

Dany enjoyed playing soccer, loved dancing, and truly loved food—simple joys that reflected his warm, lively presence and his ability to find happiness in everyday moments.

Dany was preceded in death by his daughter, Sophia Abigail. He is survived by his loving wife, Arianna; children, Susana and Sebastian; parents; three sisters; one brother; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Forest Park South Funeral Home, 12650 Shadow Creek Parkway, Pearland, TX 77584, on March 5, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Albert Catholic Church, 11027 S Gessner Rd, Houston, TX 77071, on March 6, 2026, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
