He was born July 15, 1957 in Pekin to Dale Everett and Charlotte Ann (Dodge) Knapp. His parents preceded him in death.
Surviving are a half sister, Karen Argent of Franklin Tennessee; two step-sisters, Daylene Koch and Dana Loucks; a cousin, Douglas J. Buncher of Plano, Texas; one uncle, James Buncher of Plano, Texas; and two aunts, Rae Dodge and Sally Dodge.
Allan was a United States veteran.
Allan worked as a customer support operator for Delta Faucets.
He loved working on computers and tinkering with reverse osmosis and other experiments.
No services will be held. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
