Anne K Baccheschi

Born March 26, 1931 in Mapleton to George and Katherine (Foley) Winters, she married Lawrence “Larry” Baccheschi on April 22, 1950 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Pekin. He survives.

Also surviving are three daughters, Kathy (Kim) Higham of Pekin, Mary (Ron) Lowe of Pella, Iowa and Lori (Doug) Martin of Oswego; one son, John (Mary) Baccheschi of Sycamore; eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

A homemaker, Anne was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed making floral arrangements and crocheting for her family.

She was a devoted member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Pekin. She was a former member of the Altar & Rosary Society and participated in the annual church bazaar. She was a longtime member of the Pekin Hospital League.

Her funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday, March 24, 2017 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Pekin with Father Michael Andrejek as the celebrant. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin, with the recitation of the Rosary at 4:30 p.m. Burial will be at Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin.
