He was born on October 23rd, 1952 to Otis and Otella (Ray) O’Neal in St. Louis, Missouri.
Surviving are his three daughters, Brandy (Josh) Elam of Pekin, Nancy O’Neal Edwards of Arnold, Missouri and Carla (Dennis) Kempster; two sons, Justin (Patricia) Byrd of Farmington, Missouri and Joseph Roy of Pekin; 17 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one sister, Diane Sue (Gary) Jones; one brother, Scott O’Neal; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Anthony O’Neal, Jr., five brothers, Billy O’Neal, Bobby O’Neal, Dennis O’Neal, Kenny O’Neal and Eric O’Neal and three sisters, Cathy Dispenziere, Ruth Woods and Sandra Powell.
Tony was loved by many and will be sadly missed by all.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no services.
