Born April 12, 1934 in Dallas, Texas to Arne and Katherine (Justice) Moestue, he married Mary Jean Reardon on July 28, 1956 in Wauconda. She survives.
Also surviving is one son, Thor F. (Michelle) Moestue of Pekin and Treasure Island, Florida.
His parents preceded him in death.
Arne was a 1956 graduate of DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He was a member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity.
Arne retired from a career in semi-tractor trailer sales in 1999. He liked to play golf, fish, square dancing, and sail. He also enjoyed playing bridge.
No visitation or services are planned. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Inurnment will be in Olio Cemetery at a later date.
