She was born September 16, 1957 in Peoria to Norman Dale and Ruby (Davis) Dober. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Surviving are one sister, Dora Dober of Pekin; one nephew, Anthony Dober of Pekin and one great-nephew, Nathan Dale Dober of Pekin.
She worked at TazewCounty Resource Center in Tremont for many years. Barbara enjoyed knitting, crocheting, adult coloring books, and bead work. She loved her family dinners. She was known to find enjoyment in anything she was doing. She will be missed by all family and friends who knew her.
Cremation rites have been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no services or visitaition.
