Belinda Colleen McCleskey

Belinda was born April 30, 1954 in Newport, Arkansas to James and Donna (Draper) Morgan. She later married Robert McCleskey on July 4, 1981 in Peoria, he preceded her in death on December 5, 2014. Also preceding her in death are both of her parents.

She is survived by her three children; Heather (Karl) Hedrick, Katie (Andrew) Culler, and Bobby (Amanda) McCleskey, five grandchildren; Rachel (Connor) White, Carissa (Keagan) Weber, Elizabeth (RJ) Christian, Alexander (Grace) Culler, and Addison McCleskey, her two sisters, one great-grandchild on the way, and her three bonus families; Justin (Laura) Kirby and family, Joe Myers and family, and Gene (Brittany) Gibson.

Belinda worked for over 35 years at the Morton Auto Auction as a clerk. In her free time she enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys play, going shopping, playing computer games, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

Cremation has been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Home and Crematory in Pekin with a memorial visitation being held at the funeral home on Monday, October 26th from 4-6 p.m.

The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Belinda’s memory to either the American Heart Association at https://www.heart.org/en/get-involved/ways-to-give or to the Tazewell County Animal Control Animal Shetler at 21314 IL-9 Tremont, IL 61568.
