

Born June 15, 1933 in Anna to Burley and Lavegia (Sanders) Penninger, she married Glen W. Gerbracht on November 27, 1981 in Pekin. He died on November 21, 2020. She was also preceded by her parents; one grandson, Daniel Whitley; and three brothers, Burley Jr., Brian and Eddie Penninger.
Surviving are three daughters, Susan (Ken) Mulally of Peoria, Patricia Whitley of Peoria and Carol Ann Reed of Englewood, Florida; one step-daughter, Leslie (Chuck Grace) Gerbracht of West Cliffe, Colorado; one step-son, Brian (Kathryn) Gerbracht of New Orleans, Louisiana; two grandsons, Jake and Nick Mulally; two step-grandchildren Henry (Lucy) Gerbracht and Kimberly (Enrique) Urish; one great-grandson, Braden Mulally; one sister, Patricia Vonebers of Arlington Heights, Illinois; two nieces, Carrie and Penny and six nephews, Steve, David, Joel, Jeff, Greg, and Mike.
She worked in home healthcare as a homemaker assistant. She also worked in retail for several years.
Beverly was a member of First United Methodist Church in Pekin.
She enjoyed spending time with family, going for walks, and being a part of the United Methodist Women of the Church.
A memorial service for Beverly will be held at a later date. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
