Beverly M Sayers

Born December 11, 1950 in Pekin to Raymond and Mamie Aline (McBride) Sayers, she married David Snyder on July 19, 1970 in Pekin.

Surviving are one daughter, Tricia (Tony) Davis of Pekin; three grandchildren, Dylan Marvin, Hannah Davis and Dalton Davis, all of Pekin; six brothers, Dick (Vickie) Sayers of Missouri, Mike (Colleen) Sayers of East Peoria, Steve Sayers of Chillicothe, Larry (Kathy) Sayers, Robbie Sayers and Mark Sayers, all of Pekin; four sisters, Donna (Frank) Cleaver, Debbie (Roy) Dagit, both of Pekin, Shirley (Daun) Lacey of Peoria and Phyllis (Bryan) Blair of Sunnyland and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.

She had attended Averyville Baptist Church in East Peoria.

Beverly had worked for Excalibur Seasonings in Pekin for 25 years, last working in 2012.

Beverly cherished her family and especially devoted herself to her grandchildren. She also enjoyed fishing and camping.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, June 16, 2014 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be a Celebration of Life service at a later date.
