She was born in Pekin, on July 18, 1972 to Leonard Harold and Rita (Jennings) Smith Sr.
Surviving is her companion Robert Burns; her father; three brothers, Kimmy Lee Jennings, Leonard Harold Smith Jr., and Ed Davis; two sisters, Tonya (William) Thompson, and Gina Marie Smith; many nieces and nephews and three great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, and one sister Ramona Jennings.
Funeral services will be on Friday August 4, 2017 at 230 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Woolsey Funeral Home in Pekin, Illinois. Visitation will be one hour prior to her services at the funeral home. Cremation rites have been accorded.
