Carrie Ethel Williams

She was born to Harry and Genevieve (Campbell) Hamilton in Gentry, Arkansas in 1937.

Her finest joys in life were camping, fishing and playing cards with family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Cindy (John) Sorenson, Randy (Jan) Smith, Connie (Tony) Berkley, Angel (Brad) Dudley, and Chastity (Chad) Jewell; one brother, Buck Hamilton; fifteen grandchildren; and forty-five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Perry L. Smith in 1994 and her second husband, Jack Williams in 2018.  She also was preceded in death by her parents; her sister; and her brother.

Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.  Pastor John Plunkett will officiate.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria.
