

He was born August 16, 1966 in Peoria to Fred Sepp and Karen (Blumenrader) Roberts.
Surviving are his parents, Fred Sepp of Peoria and Karen Roberts of Pekin; three sisters, Nichole Griffin of Pekin, Rhawnie Roberts of Pekin and Katchya (Matt) Innis of Bartonville; seven nieces and nephews, Misha Spencer, Austyn Roberts, Zayne Roberts, Myka Roberts, J. Innis, Maxximus Innis and Juno Innis and one great-nephew, Kaden Spencer.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Carter had worked at Tazewell County Resource Centers Inc. in Tremont.
A friendly and well-liked guy, Carter always had a smile on his face and easily made friends everywhere he went. He loved spending time with family, listening to rock music and playing jokes on people. He also enjoyed watching movies and motorcycles.
The family would like to thank the nursing staff at Apostolic Christian Timber Ridge and the staff at TCRC Highland for their kindness and all they have done to help Carter.
A private memorial service will be at the Apostolic Christian Timber Ridge in Morton. A celebration of Carters life will be at a later date. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
