

He was born November 13, 1954 in Pekin to Charles and Inez (Thornton) Starbuck. He was preceded in death by his father and his mothers, Inez and Leona.
Surviving are seven sisters, Kathy (Ed) Sell of Sparland, Janice (Joe) Smith of Delavan, Sharon (Chuck) Trueblood of Pekin, Brenda (Mick) Lewis of Fortine, Montana, Eileen (Jack) Lash of Pekin, Kim (Bryan) Posey of Milan, Missouri, and Donna (Alan) Vaughn of Pekin; and three brothers, Dean (Dianna) Prine of Forest City, Art Starbuck of Pekin and Bill (Connie) Starbuck of Springlake. He also leaves behind fifty four nieces and nephews.
Chuck loved family, Special Olympics, arts, crafts, music and the Lord.
His memorial service will be held at 4 p.m., Monday November 17, 2014 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. A visitation to celebrate his life will be from 3 to 4 p.m. prior to services. Cremation rites have been accorded.
