EAST PEORIA ~ Charlotte Anne Church, infant daughter of Timothy Douglas and Paula Elizabeth (Moehle) Church of East Peoria, went to be with our Lord at 4:11 p.m. Saturday, November 16, 2013 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, where she was born earlier at 2:46 p.m.
Surviving are her parents, Timothy and Paula Church of East Peoria; two sisters, Elizabeth Church and Margaret Church, both of East Peoria; one brother, William Church of East Peoria; grandparents, Edward and Carol Moehle of Pekin and Gary and Barbara Church of East Peoria.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents.
A private graveside service will be held at Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria. There will be a memorial service for friends and family at a later date.
Arrangements are by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur.
