He was born September 6, 1966 in Aberdeen, Maryland to Donald Wayne and Gloria Louise (Diveley) Collins. He was preceded by his parents and one sister, Tina Marie Collins.
Surviving are one aunt, Cheryl Mensen of Delavan and two nephews, Aaron (Tori) Collins of Pekin and Alex Schroer of Columbus, Ohio.
Dale was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
He worked at Erickson Steel Co. in Pekin for 15 years.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There are no services at this time.
