He was born on October 17, 1948, in Norristown, Pennsylvania to R. George and Helen (Saul) Deever.
Surviving are two sisters; Shirley Ann (William) Bean and Esther Ruth (Mark) Hammer and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents and one brother, Richard George Deever.
He worked in computer programming and for different financial institutions throughout his life.
