She was born August 20, 1957 in Peoria to Jack and Patricia (Alexander) Emmons Sr. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister-in-law.
Debra married the love of her life, Michael Cole on August 30, 1975 in Peoria. He survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Janelle (Robert) Hoerr of Pekin; one granddaughter, Taylor (Thomi) Hoerr of Pekin; and three brothers.
Debra loved her family and was known to do anything for anyone.
Her visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, December 30, 2019 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur. A memorial service will follow at 6 p.m. with Pastor Dwight Winnett officiating. The family requests that those attending wear Harley-Davidson attire.
