Born January 21, 1956 in Peoria to Horace and Joan (Dummler) Webb, she married Timothy “Tim” Evans November 22, 1975. He survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Nichole Evans of Urbana; one son, Timothy (Sarah) Evans, Jr. of Pekin; two granddaughters, Tegan Evans and Helena Evans; and two sisters, Twila Myers of Pekin and Pamela (Mike) Connell of Orion.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Ronald Webb.
Debbie worked as a house manager for seven years at Bridgeway.
She loved spending time with her family, needlepointing and crocheting. She also enjoyed looking up recipes and traveling to National Parks.
Her funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Pastor Curt Evans will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
