She was born December 26, 1983 in Pekin to Dennis Dean and Kim Ellen (Moore) Maquet. Her parents preceded her in death.
Surviving are two brothers, Dustin Maquet and Kortney Maquet, both of Pekin; two nephews, Charles Maquet and Oliver Maquet; her long-time boyfriend, Colby Shallenberger of Pekin; and many other family members and friends.
Denni loved animals, playing pool, music, planting flowers, going on bike rides. She also enjoyed writing, especially poems.
A gathering celebrating Denni's life will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, April 6, 2025 at the Pekin VFW.
