Born May 30, 1928 in Buckheart Township, Fulton County to Salvatore and Dee (Ford) Fernetti he married Shirley Maxine Anglin. She died February 19, 2016 in Pekin.
Dick was a United Sates Navy veteran of World War II and later served in the United States Army.
There will be no services and cremation will be accorded.
