Donna F Huddleston

Born September 5, 1939 in Bogota to Russell B. and Nola Maude (Cook) Birch, she married Ronald Carl Huddleston, Sr. in 1957 in Indianapolis. He died February 25, 1995. She also was preceded in death by 1 son, Ronald C. Huddleston, Jr. on November 26, 2004 in Pekin; 3 sisters; and 3 brothers.

Surviving are 3 sons, Clay T. (Sonja) Huddleston and Joshua L. Huddleston, both of Pekin, and Robert W. Huddleston of Green Valley; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and 1 sister, Alta (Jerry) Pullen of Clayton, Indiana.

Mrs. Huddleston worked as a sales clerk at the Quick Pic store in Pekin from 1987-2005. Previously, she had worked in the cafeteria at Pekin Community High School and at Ripper's Flower Shop, also in Pekin.

She enjoyed gardening and crafting.

She was a member of the Bogota Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 18, 2006at Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel. Rev. Brian Rahn will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, February 17, 2006at the funeral home. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Riverside Cemetery in Newton.
