She was born July 1, 1961 in Peoria to Harley and V. Kathryn (Burnett) Eades, Sr. Her parents preceded her in death.
Surviving are her fiancé, Bill Ashby; two sons, Micheal J. (Heather) Smith and James (Stephanie Melton) Smith; one daughter, Nichole (Richard Henderson) Lane; five grandsons, Nathaniel M. Smith, Anthony M. Lane, Alexander P. Lane, Gabriel Smith and Gavin Smith; and one granddaughter, Layla Smith.
Donna retired as a CNA and whole-heartedly enjoyed caring for others.
Donna was a beloved mother, momo, partner and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her family, listening to music, playing video games and watching her favorite football team, the Chicago Bears. She will be greatly missed.
Cremation will be accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no visitation or services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family to help with expenses.
