PEKIN ~ Gregory Scott Jablonski, II, infant son of Gregory Scott Jablonski and Rachel Spires, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2008 at Pekin Hospital Emergency Room. Surviving are his parents of Pekin; one sister, Rhianna Marie Jablonski at home; maternal grandparents, Lisa (Lance) Riviere of Pekin and David (Davida Wallace) Spires of Russellville, Missouri; paternal grandmother, Michelle Jablonski of St. Louis, Missouri; maternal great-grandparents, Barbara Dunniway of Pekin, Shirley (Mel) Wilson of Springfield, Missouri, and Walter Atherton of Pekin; paternal great-grandparents, Honorata (Joseph) Jablonski of Chicago and Margaret Duffy of Kenosha, Wisconsin; maternal great-great grandmother, Doshia "Cleo" Murphy of Pekin; five uncles, Daniel James (Karla Woodside) Jablonski, Sr., Richard Joseph (Nikki Fuller) Jablonski, Jr., Anthony Craig Migasi, Travis Robinette and Logan Robinette; three aunts, April Jablonski, Hannah Riviere, and Grace Riviere; and seven cousins, Daniel, DeVaniel, Alisha, SkyLae, Anna, Dawnika and MaKenze Jablonski.Gregory was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Richard Jablonski, his paternal great-grandfather, Charles Duffy, his maternal great-grandfather, Thomas Dunniway, and his maternal great-grandmother, Jerry Atherton. His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday, December 15, 2008 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel. The Rev. Judy Doyle will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral. Cremation rites will be accorded following services.
