

Born April 22, 1999 in Pontiac, he was the son of Richard D. Harvey and DeBora Saylor.
Surviving are his father, Richard D. Harvey of East Peoria; his mother, DeBora (Mark) Bovell of Tucson, Arizona; his siblings, Chris (Brittany) Harvey of New York City, New York, Lindsay (Eric) Doxsey of Long Island, New York, Jade (Doug) Haag of Bloomington, Maya (Kanny) Loch of Tucson, Arizona, Gyasi (Jared) Russell of Tucson, Arizona, and Isadora Barnwell of Morton; his nieces, Aspen Haag, Cassandra Haag, Gypsy Jones and Raven Russell; his nephews, Ryan Haag, Sheppard Jones, Keanu Loch and Khmer Loch.
Ian was preceded in death by his grandparents.
He was a 2017 graduate of Pekin Community High School. Ian enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys, riding motorcycles and was an excellent snowboarder. Most of all, Ian enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
His memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Pastor Judy Doyle will officiate. Visitation will be held from 9 to 10:15 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Cremation has been accorded.
