Janice L Pribble

Born March 16, 1949 in Pekin to Merle L. and Nellie N. (Avery) Kahler, she married Jim Pribble, Jr. on October 11, 1967 in Peoria. He survives.

Also surviving are her mother of Pekin; one son, Jim (Kristina) Pribble, III of Pekin; one daughter, Julie (Jesse) Dodson of San Jose; three grandchildren, Kittra Sarver, Heather Haynes, and Jim Pribble, IV; four great-grandchildren and one sister, Judith Schwindenhammer of Bartonville.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Janice had attended Pekin Bible Church.

She worked for Lonza, Inc. in Mapleton for 18 years in inventory control, last working in 2009.

She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed camping, especially in Astoria and loved socializing while her husband bowled.

Cremation will be accorded. There will be no visitation or service. Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin is assisting the family with arrangements.
