

Born April 25, 1928 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to Peter and Cora W. Bennett Bunk, she married Ellis J. Crisler on April 6, 1957 in Pekin. He died December 6, 1981 in Peoria. She also was preceded in death by one grandson.
Surviving are two daughters, Margie A. (Dale) Barlow of Glasford and Linda J. (Martie) Schlosser of Virginia Beach, Virginia; one son, Kenneth J. (Jean) Crisler of Lake Zurich; six grandchildren, Gary (Michele) Wolfer of North Pekin, Dawn (Bill) Wagner of Creve Coeur, Kristina (Brad) Bennett of Pekin, Stacy (Brad) Allen of East Peoria, Matthew Crisler and David Crisler, both of Lake Zurich; and four great-grandchildren, Kelsi Wagner, Tyler Wolfer, Kambell Bennett and Emig Allen.
She was a member of the Greater Pekin Area Chapter 5122 of the American Association of Retired Persons. She was also a member of the Pekin Home Extension.
She was an avid bowler and had bowled on teams including, Club 55, Friendly Klatch, Golden Girls, Senior 9 Pin, Summerettes, Guys & Dolls, Pekin 3 and HCE.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Pekin, where she was a member of the choir and served as a member of the Finance committee. She also was a member of the United Methodist Women and the Naomi-Rachel Circle at the church.
Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 22, 2005at First United Methodist Church in Pekin. The Rev. Judy Doyle will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday,September 21, 2005at Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel and 30 minutes before services Thursday at the church. Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
