Jeannie was born October 19, 1948 in Pekin to Orville and Mildred (West) Rhoades. She married Christian Tucker, Sr. on November 23, 1976 in Pekin. He died May 7, 2010 in Pekin.
She was also preceded in death by two stepsons, Lloyd Tucker and Patrick Tucker.
She is survived by one son, Shane (Nevada) Tucker; two stepsons, Bernard (Cindy) Tucker and Christian Tucker; six grandchildren, Ethan, Lyllie, Sidney, Zeke, Ivory, and David.
Jeannie worked as a homemaker throughout her life. In her free time, she enjoyed reading books, crocheting, and had a love for John Wayne.
There are no services planned at this time. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
