He was born August 14, 1972 in Peoria to James Edward and Brenda Joyce (Tolley) Smith.
Surviving are his mother, Brenda Smith of Marquette Heights; his father, James Smith of Bloomington; one son, Tristan Smith; one sister, Angela Smith of Manito; one brother, Joshua Smith of Pekin; and his girlfriend, Sharma Hopkins of Green Valley.
Jeff worked for Morton Industries, last working Monday, December 27th.
