Jeffrey A Watson

He was born May 1, 1966 in Pekin to Darrell Virgil and Mary E. (Gillham) Watson. He was preceded in death by his parents and step-mother, Elizabeth Watson.

Surviving are one brother, Edward Watson of Pekin; two sisters, Kathleen Watson of Gatesville, TX and Tricia (Walt Moad) Watson of Woodson; three step-sisters, Kimberly (“Mo”) Ball, Joyce Sanchez, and Connie (Jesse) Jackson, all of Pekin; his step-mother, Shirley Hill of Litchfield; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Jeff enjoyed playing cards, loved history, collecting Abraham Lincoln Memorabilia and old Army relics, and origami.

His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. William Rawlings will officiate. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Orendorf Cemetery in Hopedale.
