Jeffrey Lennon Wright

He was born April 23, 1989 in Pekin to Jerry Wright and Janet Gray.

Surviving are his father, Jerry (Terry) Wright of Bartonville; his mother, Janet Wright of Pekin; two daughters, Myleigh Wright and Tynleigh Wright; his children’s mother, Taylor Wright of Terre Haute, Indiana; two siblings, Jacob Wright of Peoria and Chelton Wagner of South Pekin and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ronald and Katherine Gray and his paternal grandparents, James and Lois Wright.

Jeff worked as a waste management professional at X Waste and last worked at GFL Environmental.

He enjoyed being outdoors, especially fishing and trap shooting. He also liked watching sports, especially the NBA and Ohio State football. He enjoyed listening to music and making people laugh.

Jeff loved spending time with his daughters, mom, dad and brother.

There are no scheduled services at this time. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
