Joshua Michael Sheridan

Born October 18, 1976, in Pekin to Michael Sheridan and Candace (Davis) Lohnes. His father preceded him in death. He was also preceded by grandparents, John and Betty Davis and Jack and Pat Sheridan and two uncles, Steve Sheridan and Tracy Davis.

Surviving are his mother, Candace Lohnes of Pekin; three children, Angel, Sevin, and Prestin; one stepdaughter, Sierra; one granddaughter, Josephine; one sister, Shannon Sheridan; one stepbrother, Craig Lohnes; one half-sister, Ashley; one niece, Kierstyn Alexander; one nephew, Gage Lohnes; several aunts, uncles and cousins and his dog, D.O.G.

Joshua was a veteran of the United States American Army/Reserves.

He was self-employed as an auto and boat mechanic.

Joshua enjoyed working on cars and motors and boating. He was a jack of all trades and loved helping others. His children, family and friends were the most important to him.

A celebration of Joshua’s life will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, June 7, 2025, at North Pekin Amvets, 660 Radio City Drive, North Pekin, Illinois 61554.
