Kathryn Mae Watson

Born September 11, 1927 in Unionville, Missouri to Earvil and Ora Lee (Bonebright) Prior, she married William “Bill” Leonard Watson on May 8, 1947 in Pekin. He died November 11, 2007 in Forest City. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Ray Watson; one great-grandson; one sister, Betty Jennings and her son-in-law, Fred Tisdale.

Surviving are one daughter, Mary Jean Tisdale of South Pekin; one son, Earvil Watson of Forest City; nine grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A homemaker, Kathryn enjoyed baking, crocheting and playing games on her computer. Her greatest enjoyment was spending quality time with her family.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Inurnment will be at a later date at Forest City Cemetery.
