

She was born November 17, 1979 in Peoria to Kenneth Albert and Mary Jane (Porter) Oedewaldt.
Surviving are her parents of Mapleton; two daughters, Kylie Peters and Kyra Peters, both of Mapleton; two brothers, Kyle (Celia) Oedewaldt of Lenexa, Kansas and Kevin (Alison) Oedewaldt of Peoria; one niece, Zoe Oedewaldt; one nephew, Luke Oedewaldt; and a special Friend, Don Mathis.
Kelly received an associate degree from Illinois Central College in East Peoria and had worked as a medical lab technician at Coleman Clinic in Canton from 2003 to 2009.
She was a member of Mapleton Church. Kelly was a loving and devoted mother. She loved to read and loved animals.
Private services will be held and burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens in Canton.
Arrangements are by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
Memorial Contributions may be made to an education fund for her daughters established at Glasford State Bank, 305 W. Main Street, Glasford, IL 61533.
