Born June 20, 1933 in Paducah, KY to Joseph C. and Elizabeth R. (Kelly) Dublin, he married the love of his life Wanda Bernice Swisher in 1957.
Surviving are two daughters Linda (Dan) Boyd of Winter Garden, FL, Gayla (Jeff) Roberts of Tremont; one son, Marc (Mary) Dublin of Pekin; six grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and one son Kelly Dublin
Kenneth worked as an electrician out of Local IBEW #34 for 42 years retiring in 1995. He enjoyed spending time with family, fishing, and watching the University of Kentucky play basketball.
A private burial will be held at a later date at Prairie Haven Cemetery in Pekin.
