Born August 6, 1966 in Pekin to John and Barbara (Ratliff) Fink, he married the love of his life, Rosa, on October 22, 1999 in Pekin. She survives.
Also surviving are his parents of Pekin; one daughter, Jessica (Erik) Counterman of Pekin; one son, Ryan Buley of Pekin; one granddaughter and two sisters, Phyllis (David) VanDyke of Pekin and Theresa (Glen) Appleyard of Pekin. He also leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Kevin worked as an assembly mechanic for Altorfer, Inc. with 27 years of service.
He enjoyed the outdoors, especially cooking and smoking on the grill. He also was an avid hunter and enjoyed gardening.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Cremation will be accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
