Larry G Gouliard Jr.

He was born March 15, 1959 in North Chicago to Larry G. and Thelma (Horton) Gouliard. He was preceded in death by his father.

Surviving are his mother, Thelma Gouliard; one daughter, Sarah (Donald) Schorr of Delavan; one son, Larry G. Gouliard, III of Pekin; one sister, Vicky (Tom) Crebo of Washington; and his partner, Cynthia Cotton of Pekin.

Larry had worked at Kroger in the pharmacy delivering medication and had previously worked for Caterpillar, Inc.

He enjoyed photography and had a special interest in microscopy, winning several awards for his work, including 1st place in the Microscopy Today Magazine competition and honorable mention in Nikon's Small World Competition. He was an amateur herpetologist and especially enjoyed snakes. Larry was a master scuba diver and loved building and repairing small electronics and working with ham radios.

Larry was of Christian Faith.

His memorial visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no services.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family, they will be forwarded to an educational fund at Illinois Central College in his honor.
