

He was born June 10, 1926 in Panama to Peter Paul and Grace (Ryan) Viviano. He married Virginia Dams on April 20, 1949 in Pekin. She died January 30, 2016 in Pekin. He was also preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
Surviving are one son, Paul Viviano of Pekin; two grandchildren, Neil (Chelsea) Viviano of Pekin and Andrea Kay Ione of Kalamazoo, Michigan.
He was a World War II United States Navy veteran.
Lawrence loved the outdoors, hiking and camping in Wisconsin and Jubilee State Park.
His graveside service will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Glendale Memorial Gardens, with military rites accorded by the United States Navy and the Tazewell Area Ceremonial Team. The Rev. Michael K. Roberts will officiate. There will be no visitation. Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin is in charge of arrangements.
