Born February 28, 1945 in Flora, she married Joseph N. Hoerr, Sr. on December 31, 1962 in Pekin. He died February 21, 2010 in Peoria. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Joseph Nelson Hoerr, III and three sisters.
Surviving are two sons, Terry (Carolyn) Hoerr and Joseph Hoerr, Jr, both of Pekin; one daughter, Deanna (Nick) Lucas of Texas; four grandchildren, Stephanie (Perry) Edmiston, Krystal (Christian) Cooke, Kayla Lucas and Clinton Lucas and four great-grandchildren.
A homemaker, Linda spent her free time working on her many crocheting projects. She worked at Kmart and as a bus monitor for Pekin School District. Linda was an avid Chicago Cubs fan.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no service.
