Born July 31, 1956 in Pekin to Lloyd Lee and Betty Jean (Thomas) Johnson, he married Lisa Smith on June 20, 2008 in Pekin. She survives.
Also surviving are two step-daughters, Betty (Richard) Dotzert and Lucille Hilt, both of Pekin; one sister, Crystal (Miles) Plymale of Pekin; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Lonnie enjoyed reading and collecting toys. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandkids.
There will be no services or visitation. Cremation will be accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin
