PEKIN ~ Lorraine M. Endicott, 87, of 5600 Glen Elm Drive, Peoria, passed away at 8:50 a.m. Friday, March 31, 2006 at Manor Care Health Services in Peoria. She was formerly of 1225 State Street in Pekin.
Born October 10, 1918 in Peoria to Ervin and Florence (Izzo) Chase, she married Lawrence A. Endicott on September 4, 1937 in Peoria. He died January 24, 1998 in Peoria. She also was preceded in death by one grandson, Ronald Eugene Whitby, Jr. on September 16, 2004 in Peoria.
Surviving are one daughter, Loretta U. (Ronald, Sr.) Whitby of Pekin; two grandsons, Gary Michael (Carmen) Rollings of Bellevue, Nebraska and Ronald Lawrence (Lisa) Rollings of Pekin and four great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Endicott was a charter member of Pekin First Church of the Nazarene.
Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 4, 2006at her church. The Rev. Syl Carter will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, April 3, 2006at Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel. Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
