Born June 7, 1940 in Marissa to Joseph and Dorothy (Sauerwein) Lehman, she married John Kenneth Jackson, Jr. on February 1, 1959 in Peoria. He died January 4, 2018. She was also preceded in death by her parents.
Surviving are four sons, John K. "Johnny" (Ardith) Jackson, III, Joseph (Lesa) Jackson, Jeffrey Jackson and Mike (Tammy) Jackson, all of Pekin; twelve grandchildren, Amy Jackson, Rachel (Madison) Knight, Trisha Jackson, Joshua (Kristin) Williamson, Austin Jackson, Jeffrey (Julia) Jackson, Noah Jackson, Salina (Shawn) Null, Michelle Jackson, Jonathan Jackson, Brenden (Lizzi) Ogle and Kayli Ogle; eleven great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Larry Lehman of Texas and Randy (Marilyn) Lehman of Brimfield.
Marge adored her four boys. She was a dedicated caregiver to them and her many children, as well as anyone in the neighborhood who needed a helping hand. She was very much loved and will be missed by all of us.
Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Pastor Quinn McKenzie will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Burial will be at Prairie Haven Cemetery in Pekin.
