Marjorie M Livingstone

Born May 19, 1921 in Decatur to Russell and Alice Robinson Hickey, she married Thomas W. Livingstone on September 12, 1946 in Peoria.  He preceded her in death on August 8, 1985 in Peoria.

Also preceding in death were her parents; 1 great-granddaughter; and 2 brothers.

Surviving are 3 sons, Bruce (Shirley) Livingstone of Logan, Ohio, Tom Livingstone of Pekin, and William (Lisa) Livingstone of Indianapolis; 8 grandchildren, Mandi (Rick) Joy of Logan, Kari (Les) Molebash of Chillicothe, Ohio, Kellie (Billy) Balcum of Columbus, Ohio, Doane Livingstone of Lancaster, Ohio, Corey Livingstone, Kristen Livingstone  and Ryan Livingstone, all of Indianapolis, and Rick Livingstone of Speedway, Indiana; one sister, Pat Barth of Peoria.

Marjorie was a member of First Baptist Church in Pekin, where she was active with the Christian Women’s Club and the Children’s Evangelical Fellowship.  She enjoyed hosting youth Bible studies at her home.

Her funeral will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.  The Rev. Bruce Livingstone, her son, will officiate.  Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
