Born October 14, 1960 in Pekin, he was the son of Martin Louis and Maryln Corine (Beard) Friedinger.
Surviving are two brothers, Chad Friedinger and Craig Friedinger, both of Pekin; a host of good friends and his faithful dog, Oreo.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Randy L. Friedinger.
Mark formerly worked at Pekin Hospital. His passion in life was to lend a helping hand. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends. Mark was a member of the Pekin Police Explorers Post in earlier years.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. A celebration of life gathering will be held in a later date and inurnment will be in Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin.
