Mark Allen Fuller

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved brother, Mark Allen Fuller, of Pekin, who was taken from us too soon on Friday, June 27, 2025, at the tender age of 55 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home.

He was born on June 2, 1970, in Pekin to Paul Fuller, Sr., and Linda (Williams) Fuller. He was preceded in death by his parents and oldest sister, Alise Felles.

Surviving are his 6 children, Emily, Stacy, Michael, Mark Jr., Owen, and Destiny and 2 grandchildren, Ricky, III and Kaytlynn. He grew up in Pekin alongside his 8 siblings: Paul Fuller, Jr., James Fuller (Dena) of Pekin, IL., Carol Williford (Jacob) of Beaumont, Texas, Tracy Huskisson of Pekin, IL., Mary Brasher, Kristina Gassama (Boulaye) and Maggie Trimble (Dan) of Ottumwa, Iowa. He had many nieces, nephews, and cousins whom he loved dearly and his Aunt Sharon Conner of Ottumwa, Iowa.

Mark brought immeasurable joy and light into our lives with his kind heart, radiant smile, and boundless curiosity. Though his time with us was brief, the depth of love and happiness he shared will forever remain in our hearts. Mark was a gentle giant who thought of others before himself. He had a love for animals and his family. He faced cancer head on and gave it a fight we do not think it ever saw coming. Though many will dearly miss him, we can take comfort knowing that he is in a better place free from pain and suffering. May he rest in eternal peace.

Mark passed his time by playing cards with the residence of the Court Place Apartments; where he lived, collecting animal figurines, fishing, working on cars, watching old movies, and loving on his cat. Many that knew Mark knew him for his baking. He spent countless hours baking bread, cookies, and cake to give to others.

A celebration of Mark’s life will be held at a later date. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
