Melanie Diane Stroisch

Melanie Diane Stroisch, 49, of Pekin, Illinois, passed away on April 1, 2026.

Melanie was born on September 2, 1976, in Springfield, Illinois.

She will be remembered for her warmth and strength, and for the love she shared so freely with those around her - bringing joy to family and friends and leaving memories that will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

She is survived by her devoted children: Chasatie Kitterman and her husband, Andrew; Troy Stroisch; Koryee Pitts; Miah Myers and her husband, Michael; and Jayden Stroisch. She also leaves behind her cherished grandsons, Brayden Stroisch, Bryson Stroisch, and Karsyn Martin, along with many extended family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

Melanie was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Cathy Turner.

Melanie loved soccer and was a devoted Green Bay Packers fan. She had a special affection for butterflies and pink roses- symbols that reflected her gentle spirit and appreciation for beauty.

Melanie enjoyed life’s simple pleasures. Her loving spirit will live on through those she touched and be remembered with love always.
