Born July 22, 1943 in Quincy to Virginia Ringwald, he married Lilian Martin on August 28, 1965 in Cambridge, England.
Surviving is his wife of 59 years; one daughter, Linda (Kevin) Callahan of Chillicothe; one son, Mark (Jodi) Huebner of Washington and four grandchildren, Krisjan and Kyle Callahan and Julia and Jocelyn Huebner.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Michael had worked in construction management for 30-plus years, last working for Core Construction.
He enjoyed woodworking and tinkering.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur.
