Born April 20, 1937 in Washington, Ohio to Alfred and Eleanor (Knapkey) Kelley, she married Donald Eugene Burns in 1976 in Mansfield, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband; one daughter, Debbie Jester; one sister, Marguerite David and her special friend, John Dzinglewski.
Surviving are two daughters, Donna Burns and Kelly Burns, both of Creve Coeur; three brothers, Rick (Debbie) Burns of Washington, Thomas (Debbie) Burns of Streator and Alfred (Cindy) Burns of Pekin; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A homemaker, Patricia loved spending time with her family and enjoyed bowling and reading.
