Patricia J O'Bradovich

Born January 19, 1929 in Pekin to Edward and Ida (Bonjean) Ehrett, she married Dusan O’Bradovich on August 7, 1948 in Pekin.

Surviving are her husband; 2 daughters, Leigh (Tim) Althiser of Pekin and Julie (Bengt) Sundelius of Stockholm, Sweden; 2 granddaughters Sara (Karl) Ritter and Lynn Sundelius, both of Stockholm; and 2 grandsons, Nicholas and Danton Althiser, both of Pekin.

Patricia worked as a secretary for Tazewell County University of Illinois extension service for 20 years, retiring in 1992.

She loved working in her yard, vacationing, especially to a beach, shopping, exercising, and spending time with her family.

Patricia was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Pekin, where her funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday. Father James Pankiewicz will officiate.  Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Friday at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.  Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
